Here’s a nice application launcher I’ve stumbled while trying to tweak my newly installed windows 7 named RocketDock which you can download here if you’re interested to try it out.

The application launcher will somehow give you that mac-ish look desktop, not that close though but it will give you a very nice looking dock that compliments neatly with windows 7’s UI.

I have yet to try other application launchers as well but RocketDock application launcher seems ubiquitous when I searched for windows 7 application launcher so the screen shots above.
